Before moving across to Quidco, Rob headed up the Home Communications commercial team within Mony Group, leading it through significant growth, including driving performance across MoneySuperMarket, MoneySavingExpert, and Decision Tech. Millie Talbot, UK Publisher Partnerships Lead, Linkby

Millie Talbot is the UK Publisher Partnerships Lead at award-winning ad tech startup Linkby. In 2021, Millie was one of the first UK hires to join the business - which recently announced it had raised USD $15M in Series B funding - and since then she’s played a key role in scaling its UK and EU publishing network to help premium publishers drive growth, revenue and engagement. In 2024, Millie was recognised as a winner on Hello Partner’s Hero100 list.

George Clarke, Head of Affiliates, THG Ingenuity

George Clarke joined THG Ingenuity in October 2022 as Affiliate Manager, before being appointed Head of Affiliates in June 2024. George has worked both advertiser and publisher side, with agency and in-house experience. He began his career in sales, before moving into affiliates and partnerships in 2020. He has a demonstrable record of developing successful global strategies that drive customer acquisition across a variety of FMCG, retail, finance, fashion and beauty brands.

Olivia Jones, Account Director, RevWise

Olivia started her career in affiliate marketing five and a half years ago, and through this time has worked both in-house roles and agency side. A current Affiliate Marketing Manager, Olivia has strong experience in creating successful strategies for clients, building strong partnerships and driving growth for brands across sectors such as home & garden, fashion, health & wellbeing and sports & leisure.
